Germany: 5 EUR
Europe and UK: 15 EUR
World: 30 EUR 

Delivery times are estimates and are dependent on the local delivery services used once orders have been processed.

Returns information

We have a 14 day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and with tags still attached. Any item that doesn’t fit this may be rejected for a refund. 
Any items purchased in a sale promotion are unable to be returned, but can be exchanged for store credit. 
To start a return process, please email office@anteberlin.com with your order number, the items you would like to return and a reason for doing so. Our team will be in touch with a return form that will need to be included in your package to send back along with a shipping label. You are liable for the shipping cost of the return. 
Once we have received your returned package, we will review the item and check the quality and reasons for return. After the items pass the quality control check, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for this to be processed.
