Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Our expected shipping timelines: 

Germany: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
World: 5-10 business days 

Shipping costs

Germany: Free 
Europe and UK: 15 EUR
World: 30 EUR 

Delivery times are estimates and are dependent on the local delivery services used once orders have been processed. For any enquiries please contact us at office@anteberlin.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. 

Returns information

We have a 14 day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and with tags still attached. Any item that doesn’t fit this may be rejected for a refund. Any items purchased in a sale promotion are unable to be returned, but can be exchanged for store credit or a different size of the item. 

To start a return process, log in here and submit a return request. You will receive a shipping label along with instructions on how to submit your return. You are liable for the shipping cost of the return, which will automatically be deducted from the refund value. 

If you prefer to exchange with a different size of the item, please contact us at office@anteberlin.com. We will cover the shipping cost of the exchange.

Once we have received your returned package, we will review the item and check the quality and reasons for return. After the items pass the quality control check, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for this to be processed.
